Our basketball house leagues strive to help novice (beginner) or advanced (elite) players have fun and love the game – all while developing their skills, confidence and leadership abilities on and off the court!

All our programs are guided and build upon the Canadian Long Term Development Model Framework.

The combination of high-performance basketball training, leadership development and game play during league are led by professional coaches and trainers who encourage a conscious, collaborative and competitive playing environment.

Our co-ed league welcomes players between the ages of 7-17 living in Oshawa, Whitby, Clarington, Ajax, Pickering and beyond.  The house league program is organized into three age/skill divisions (7-9, 10-13 & 14-17) and operates once a week over a 10-week session.

Our league is led by our coaching directors who have notable experience working with the NBA, Toronto Raptors, Canada Basketball, Ontario Basketball and FIBA. League Schedule: 10 Week Program Scheduled (1.5 hours/per session)
